Meet the Founders

Cheni Yerushalmi founded Sunshine Realty Management in 2001, with his childhood friend and business partner Joseph Raby.

Cheni Yerushalmi

Prior to starting Sunshine, Cheni developed the Zoomgo Gaming Network, an online video gaming network, and served as the company’s president from 1999 to 2001. Cheni loves snowboarding, sushi, riding his motorcycle and traveling, particularly spending time at the Sunshine timeshare in Vermont. He’s also extremely passionate about networking companies and helping small businesses. Cheni studied Political Science and Sociology at Syracuse and Adelphi Universities.

Joseph Raby

In his time before starting Sunshine Reality Management, Joseph was a senior vice president and financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter from 1999 to 2000. He has also served as a financial advisor with Prudential Securities between 1996 and 1999, and as an auditor for Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Services division, 1994-95. In addition, Joseph was a co-founder and managing partner of AJ Realty, LLC, a residential real estate company that sold and leased properties in Maryland. At the age of 19, through his company Goldline Marketing, Joseph sold out New York’s Nassau Coliseum for a baseball card and comic book collectors’ convention for two years in a row. Joseph enjoys snowboarding, traveling, running and reading, and has biked from Canada to Mexico. Joseph graduated Lehigh University in 1994 with a degree in finance and accounting.
